Ian Pace is well-known figure in the Maltese real estate market with over 30 years of experience.
Starting his career with Dhalia Real Estate, back in 1993, then the largest real estate Agency in Malta, Ian, gradually gained experience in high-end Residential and Commercial sales working with foreign clients based out of the Valletta office.
As the real estate market in Malta was evolving with the construction of the many special designated – Lifestyle developments to attract high-end foreign buyers to relocate to Malta, in 2006 Ian moved to Belair Property, a small family-run boutique firm specializing mainly in High-end residential property focusing mostly on the Lifestyle developments and investment properties. Here Ian specialized in this niche market and participated in several international property fairs, amongst which, The Russian International Property fair and Monaco International Luxury Property Expo.
After such a great run, in mid-2016 Ian was approached to join an International brand operating in Malta, Sotheby’s International Realty. Although a global franchise, Sotheby’s was a new brand in Malta with little awareness in the market.
Ian reached out to his brother Stephen convincing him to join in early 2017, to utilize his expertise in the commercial side of real estate, and together using all their contacts helped significantly build the database of high-end residential and commercial properties.
Awarded top consultant for 2017, he was appointed manager to build a new team for the opening of a second office in the premier Portomaso development in St. Julians, where the new team went on to win the award as the top-selling office for 2017 and 2018.
In 2019, Ian and his brother Stephen founded their own Real Estate company and set up a new brand called Malta Luxury Homes.
