Stephen Pace started his real estate career in 1990 in property development, renovating various property investments of the family.
In 1995, he was appointed director of an established company that operated a large shopping mall in Valletta. Here he learnt commercial rent law governing lease contracts, drafting of lease contracts, Government lease contracts, negotiation and commercial arbitration, property management and maintenance.
In 2010, he joined a small real estate firm Exclusive Property Bureau, working in the commercial department focusing mainly on leasing and selling of commercial property around all of Malta’s commercial districts, and managing large portfolios of commercial investments of various local and foreign clients.
In 2017, he was approached by his brother Ian, to join an international brand Sotheby’s International Realty to take under his wing the Commercial department and help build the database of high-end Commercial properties and investments.
In 2019, with his brother Ian he co-founded their own Real Estate company and set up a new brand called Malta Luxury Homes.
